The Leviton EVB40PST is an electric vehicle charging station for home use. This Leviton EvrGreen 400 home charging station works with any plugin electric vehicle that is SAE J1772 compatible. This NEMA 650P, 40A, 240V EV charging station has 9.6kW charge rate output. This model is meant for surface mount installations where the plug is on the outside of the unit, providing a faster and simpler installation process. This Leviton electric vehicle charging station is easy to setup and operate. It's a compact unit, requiring minimal wall space for mounting. This home charging station requires the Leviton EVK05M EvrGreen PreWire Kit, which allows for fast mounting and easy removal when moving the unit is necessary. Once installed, the charging station automatically verifies a proper electrical connection before charging. It is designed with the user experience in mind and has an intuitive interface. This model comes with a 25 foot charging cord. Plus, an autorestart function ensures that your char is charged even after a minor fault.
