To determine your head size, get a tape measure or string and put it around your head. 2. Place it where you want your hat to rest. 3. If you have a hat that fits wells, put it on. Look and feel where it rests. Measure that same spot. Usually, that is just above the center of the forehead in front, and on the upslope of the "lump" in the back. 4. The tape should be above the tops of your ears on both sides. Most people like their hats to rest anywhere from 1/8" - 1/2" above the ears. Be sure to measure where you want your hat to rest. Check the tape to make sure it is more or less level around. Pull the tape snug and see if it feels right. If not, try a little higher and a little lower until it feels just right. 5. Once you have your measurement, refer to the chart below to find out what size you should order.
