Wheels are selected over the years and sent to a partner who creates a pure powder representing the familiar yet distinctive nuances in Rogue Creamery blues. Blue Heaven represents the pure essence of all Rogue Creamery blue recipes combined. This original powder of blue flavors highlights the flavor subtleties in their cheeses including a medium blue spice, rich umami, subtle brazil nut and bacon, rich fruit and huckleberry flavors, with a finish of brown butter and sweet cream. The Rogue Creamery family has been creating culinary favorites with Blue Heaven in their homes and have found it amazing as an added flavor combined with butter, mayonnaise, crème fraiche, and heavy cream, creating superb dressings, sauces, dips, flavored butters, and popcorn seasonings.
