Feeding the whole family?
• Put 2 cups of rice into a pot, add 2 ¾ cups water and stir lightly.
• Let it stand for 30 minutes.
• cover pot and bring to boil over high heat. Reduce to low and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 15 min, then serve.
