The 2-in-1 board is double sided and provides a white, plastic polymer surface to be used when preparing fish and meat and a bamboo side that is perfect for preparing or serving foods such as fruits and vegetables. With this single board you really have the best of both worlds. Each side has a cute and convenient graphic, displaying what the side is best used for and features a functional, silicone lined carry handle. The board also features a hermetic seal to prevent leaking between the silicone and bamboo or polymer layers. Overall, the board measures 15 by 11-3/4-Inch. Board is easy to maintain; wash by hand with warm water and use Totally Bamboo's revitalizing oil on bamboo side occasionally to extend the life and keep it looking beautiful.
