The Starrett SB248Z set includes four brass drive pin punches with an 8" overall length, a 3-1/2" pin length, and 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8" pin diameter sizes to push pins and rivets into or out of a workpiece. The extra-long drive pin section provides greater reach in recessed areas, which makes it suitable for machine shop and motor service work. Each punch has a brass pin, which is softer than hardened steel and better for use on delicate materials, and has a steel round shank, which is knurled for grip. The set comes with a fabric pouch for storage.
