Unique in its design and construction the SUPREME uses patented "column buckling" cushioning technology originally developed for hospital and critical care use.

The Supreme is heat neutral which means it does not need body heat to warm and soften the cushion. Full cushioning is delivered immediately in any temperature. It is also vented with a stretchy fabric breathable cover so it does not retain heat. This means it stays cool and dry in any climate and never gets hot and sweaty. Remove the fabric cover and it makes an excellent shower chair cushion. Water drains right through the vents.
