Also note this model does NOT support a needle nozzle, commonly used in most footballs, basketballs, soccer balls, printed toy balls, balance cushions, bicycles, and most small size balls with diameters less than 10 inches.

Instruction: Most gymballs and spacer hoppers are delivered with an inserted plug (air stopper) closing the pumping hole. Users need to take out that inserted white plug before using this hand pump to inflate. After inflation, remember to replace the plug back quickly to close the hole.
