WitEden Wormhole III (difficulty 9 of 10);

Object: Mix it up and put back to start
The Wormhole III is made from a hard black plastic.  The object of this puzzle is to scramble up all 6 sides and then return it back to its starting position.  There is much more to this puzzle than first meets the eye, as it is actually a shape-shifter. It breaks its shape when either of the middle rows are turned at a 45° angle (half a turn) and then rotated in a different direction. Also, there are void spots in the cube that can be filled completely or partly with other pieces either in shape or not, leaving fragments of the hole somewhere else.  The Wormhole III is developed by WitEden who is a manufacturer and a wholesaler.
