This rope stanchion set includes (2) chrome plated steel stanchions with (1) blue velvet rope featuring chrome clasps. The 39" tall chrome plated stanchion posts have a 4-way adapter and are constructed from durable steel. The 13lb weighted base of each stanchion has a rubberized bottom to help protect floors from scratching as well as for added stability. The 78" blue velvet barrier rope has matching chrome hardware and a foam core that is crush resistant and adds durability. When the rope is hung between 2 stanchions and allowed to "droop", an ideal 6 foot span is created.
