The Extra Bar for Small Frames is for frame mounted Caress models that need a little extra lift. Bikes with smaller geometry or a top bar that drops down may need this extra bar for proper seat placement over the back tire. The extra bar lifts the seat approximately 4 inches and lengthens the seat placement by approximately 3 inches.
