The Polar Universal Bike Mount allows you to attach any Polar (or other brand for that matter) wrist strap Heart Rate Monitor to your handlebars. It's made of recycled polyurethane -- environmentally friendly and durable. It includes the mount and cable ties to secure it to your bars. It fits 26.0 and 31.8mm handlebars equally well.
