These are designed for a snug fit to prevent rattling, however the pins may prove to be TOO TIGHT in some situations. If you find the pins too be too tight, simply drill the holes on the pivot out slightly. We recommend starting with a #19 drill bit, and moving to a #18 if necessary. You may also find the window does not close as tightly as before. This is generally due to the mount arm being bent slightly during pin removal. It is soft metal, and can be easily bent by hand. If your window is loose, just give that arm a couple of tugs towards the inside of the truck, and the window should then close tightly! BE CAREFUL!! If you still find an improper fit.
