So we set out to make apple cinnamon bread. We used lots of apples, our best cinnamon, and a sweet apple flavor for the dough. The result was very good but we wanted something more . . . maybe a little orange zest. So we added just a touch of natural orange. We thought the result was spectacular so we ran it by our testers. Very good . . . but maybe just a little more apple, some said. So we added a touch more apple. Perfect.
