2012 release from the Hip Hop heavyweight, the third in a series of three volumes of The Block Brochure: Welcome To The Soil series, which were all released simultaneously. Bay area rapper/businessman E-40's influential career has helped form the identity of West Coast Rap and the Hyphy scene in particular. Although he has not had the profile of some of his contemporaries, he is highly respected within the industry.
