Our 100% Cotton Zabuton Meditation Cushion is filled with a generous 3 inches of natural cotton stuffing. The inner batting is packed densely enough to provide solid support, but soft enough for your comfort. The 100% twill cotton cover features a zipper along one length so it can be easily removed and washed. The batting inside is securely enclosed in a natural cotton casing.
Zabutons are rectangular cushions often used under a zafu cushion to provide comfort and support to assist you in your sitting practice. Zabutons also make a very versatile yoga prop, and can be used to assist you in shoulder stand or even as a bolster when folded in half!
