Mark position of eyelet on fabric by tracing around inside opening of eyelet. Cut out hole. Insert eyelet in hole from right to wrong side of fabric. Position eyelet on anvil. Be sure to work on a very hard, protected surface. Place washer over eyelet, teeth down. Position stud end of tool into barrel of eyelet; hammer forcefully.
