The Ansell ActivArmr 97-001 Dyneema electrician glove protects hands against punctures, cuts, and abrasions, has a polyurethane palm and fingertip coating that offers greater wear resistance than leather, and is knit from Dyneema fiber for strength and durability. Dyneema fiber, also known as UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fiber, offers greater cut protection than leather, greater abrasion resistance than aramid fibers, and greater strength than steel.
