This is six feet of premium 18% Nickel-Silver fret wire, in handy pre-radiused 8-inch lengths. This fret wire is produced by Jescar, known for producing the highest-quality fretwires commercially available today. This alloy of 18% Nickel-Silver (actually a combination of copper, nickel and other metals) is the most common material used in modern guitar fret wire. This fret wire is considered to be of EXTRA WIDE (JUMBO) crown width and EXTRA HIGH (JUMBO) crown height, and overall is close to Stewart-MacDonald's #150 "JUMBO" fret wire - actually it is just a little higher!
