These plein air carton panels are reminiscent of those used by Toulouse-Lautrec and Edouard Vuillard, but a whole lot more archival. They have a pleasing texture and color, are waterproof (will not buckle) and are super lightweight. May be used as is, or primed with acrylic gesso, acrylic gel medium or PVA. Suitable for oils, alkyds, acrylics, casein, gouache and pastels. Mounting to a rigid support before framing is advised. 0.20-inch thick (approximately 1/32-inch). 10 sheets per pack.
