Since harvesting the first commercially grown peanut crop back in early 1840 Virginia-Peanuts and the way they are processed have gone through many changes. We've taken our process back to the beginning, using an old fashioned roasting process called "blister roast". Roasting our Kirkland Signature Super Extra Large Virginia Variety Peanuts in this way gives them their unique "blistered" appearance and creates an unsurpassed crunch. With just a touch of salt added, there's nothing to interfere with the natural peanut flavor.
