Bob's Red Mill Cranberry Beans are beautifully speckled and medium-sized, with a mild, nutty flavor. You may know them as shell beans, cargamanto, or borlotti beans. Although they are similar in size to pinto beans, they are much sweeter with a more delicate texture.
