STEERING WHEEL COVER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Heat up steering wheel cover by placing in the sun for an hour or other hot area making the vinyl pliable and flexible. 2) Turn steering wheel cover inside out as best you can. 3) Roll cover onto steering wheel cover, do not try to pull at one side stretching the cover wider than the wheel.
