The Saf-T-Pan features a heavy-duty, all-metal, 1/2-inch-deep electrical pan with 6-cubic-inch wiring capacity. To install it in a finished ceiling, simply mount the Saf-T-Pan to a ceiling joist through a hole large enough to fit the pan. The included Saf-T-Cap will protect bolts and wires during drywall installation and painting.
The Saf-T-Pan is UL listed to support fans up to 70 pounds and light fixtures up to 150 pounds.
