Did you know that most "natural" soap bars are made from imported pellets? The pellets are mixed with colors (usually artificial) and fragrances (again usually artificial) and then squeezed through molds to get their shape. While many of these soaps are pretty decent bars they do not contain the quality or quantity of the oils that go into Shea Terra Organics' premium soap bars. Shea Terra Organics' uses oils which are best for the skin in quantities that will benefit the skin. Shea Terra Organics' premium soaps are made using traditional, artisinal methods. The soaps are precious. They contain costly ingredients and are made with labor that provides an honest living for a soap makers' family. Please treat your soap bars with respect. Store them away from the flow of water and allow them to dry out after each use. You will be able to enjoy your premium soap bar for a much longer time this way.

Shea Terra Organics is founded by Tammie Umbel, an enterprising super mom, who built the company while homeschooling 14 of her children. Shea Terra Organics grew out of Tammie's vision to develop natural skin care treatments that would not only heal and beautify those who use them, but also empower and enrich the lives of many impoverished villages and families throughout Africa.
Since early 2000, Shea Terra Organics has been working with cooperatives and conservation groups to source our natural, organic ingredients in a sustainable and ethical way that would create economic opportunities and preserve wildlife. - Cell Regenerating Rose Hips: Organic Rosehip seed oil and crushed rosehip fruit is revered for its cell regenerative properties to address skin problems of all age groups from acne-ridden teens to aging men and women.
- Emollient Shea Butter and Organic Oils: This bar is made with an astounding 33 percent organic shea butter, organic extra virgin olive oil and organic virgin coconut oil. These ingredients are key for anti-aging, and moisturizing.
