This is not an original Samsung hdtv remote control model bn59-00997a, but compatible with model bn59-00850a, bn59-00852a, bn59-00854a, bn59-01041a and bn59-00673a (I also have those models listed separately). A list of compatible model numbers can be found at the bottom of this listing but actually works with most of the newer Samsung/akai hdtv's. This is a brand new remote control in original package.
