Aperture lenses are a small version of the Excalibur lens. They are optically centered, coated by Carl Zeiss Optical, and are permanently secured in the aperture. #2 lens is a standard clarifier lens. This lens will usually work best with a 6 power scope lens or larger, (Green mark on the aperture signifies a #2 lens.)
- The Clarifier works with a bow scope and lens to help clear up the target, allowing you to pick out details at a distance
- The 1/8" and smaller Clarifier works in all standard size Pro Series and Ultra Lite peep housings
- The 1/8" and smaller Clarifiers will also work in the Large peep housings, but the Peep Reducer (#753-3, included with all Large peeps) is required for installation
- The peep should be inserted in the string so the side with the verifier, clarifier, or aperture is on the side you look through
