JIM-GEM Dibble Bars feature cast blades of special alloy steel. Blade and footstep are cast as one piece so footstep won't break or bend, even under the heaviest tree planting use. Blade "spike" fits into handle to form reinforced joint. Strong welds at the handle and blade joint make these dibbles perfect for bare root tree planting. Works best in rocky soil that is difficult to penetrate. The KBC bar will penetrate soil cleanly and easily allowing less dirt to fall in the planting hole. Bar is 39" long. Blade is 4"W x 12"L, 1" thick at top, tapering to a point. Made in the USA.
