The Kuryakyn 4857 alarm compatible load equalizer is used when either a Panacea System or a run-turn-brake controller is installed on a late model Harley-Davidson equipped with the factory security system (T.S.S.M.) and LED or low-draw turn signals, the security light will always remain lit. The security system remains fully functional, these products do not disable the system in any way. If you find the illuminated security light offensive, simply plug in the optional load equalizer and it will correct the situation.
