Ursula is evil. She wants revenge on King Triton because he has banished her from the Kingdom. She sees her chance when Ariel rescues Prince Eric. She knows he has fallen in love with her, but he doesn't know what she looks like; he can only remember her singing to him. Ursula turns Ariel into a human for three days.
