Kobunboku is a gorgeously scented incense made from 15 different plant extracts. It is refreshing and aids concentration, making it particularly helpful for meditation practice and relaxation. The Japanese word "Ko" means Nice, "Bun" means Elegant, and "Boku" means Wood or Tree. Kobunboku is an expression of the Plum Tree, and has a sweet smell reminiscent of plum blossoms. Made by Baieido of Japan to a traditional formula, it includes extracts of Agarwood, Sandalwood, Borneo Camphor and Cinnamon. Baieido has dedicated itself to making incense over the last 300 years, the method and recipes having been handed down from generation to generation in an unbroken secret oral tradition.
