Cher's 1999 concert special for HBO is back on DVD. Recorded at Las Vegas' MGM Grand, the career-spanning set list (Halfbreed; If I Could Turn Back Time; Just Like Jesse James; Strong Enough; Believe; Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves and many more) boasts no less than eight costume changes. Bob Mackie costumes, that is! Vegas definitely had a little more glitz and glamour than usual on this night!
