When applied straight from the bottle the color is intense and semi opaque. Dilute with up to 25-percent water for more subtle tones or a watercolor effect. Colors can be applied with brushes; sponges; stamps and fingers. Color is permanent after ironing. This package contains nine 0.5oz/14ml bottles of color and tips and techniques.
