The Prepworks 3-Cup Measuring Rotary Flour Sifter measures sifted and unsifted flour, and is designed with a non-skid base to eliminate movement while in-use
Unsifted flour sits in the top compartment. Rotate the handle to sift the flour where it transitions to the lower compartment for storing and measuring
To use, remove the lower canister from its packaged placement which is upside down on top of the body of the product
Wiggle the cup and pull upwards to loosen from packaging placement. Some canisters might be more snug from shipping and need a tighter grip to loosen
Canisters nest within each other for convenient storage and are BPA-free and dishwasher safe
