What is it formulated with?

Apply micellar water to a cotton pad and gently wipe face, eyes, and lips. Repeat until cotton pad looks clean and no need to rinse. Use as a facial cleanser, makeup, remover, or a facial toner for oily skin. Micellar cleansing water is also available in 200ML and 100ML
