The house is made from stiff, very durable, ABS plastic with very little flashing and measures 8 x 5.75 x 7.25 inches tall. Scale is about 1:32nd, and it will work with other scales.

Packaged in polybag with header card and recommended for ages 5 and up. Adult assembly recommended. The 2017 release features reinforced walls in light tan ABS plastic and all new header card art.
