This listing is for 7" Plastic Dome Adapters. The adapters allow you to play 45 RPM singles on almost any record player. The adapters measure 1.5" wide and are approximately 0.75"" tall. These adapters are more cost effective than the aluminum adapters while providing the same great job. The size of these adapters makes losing them less likely than the smaller, flat adapters. As lightweight and cost effective as the traditional flat yellow adapter while providing some of the same awesome stackability of the tall spindle adapters. These dome adapters have an extra slot (notch) at the top which allows you to use them with an automatic changer that uses a spindle to change the record. Or, they work on most turntables like the ones without the slot! Dome adapters require less handling of your precious singles because you don't need to fit a thin piece of plastic or metal into the center, which can often damage your labels or get fingerprints onto your records. With dome adapters, you simply put the dome on the record player and then fit your record onto the dome, minimizing the chances of damaging your records.
