One section is pointed to drive into the ground and the other two pole parts engage in seconds. The engaging parts are keyed with a dimple in one and a groove in the other to reduce any motion caused by wind. The threaded droll yankees pole adapter is included to mount any droll yankees tubular, caged, dcf, x-1b, lf-3, or h8-2 bird feeder at the top, as well as many other brands. A complete complement of specialized products is available to customize your pole specifically for your needs. Known as the ultimate pole system, you can choose from a the ultimate ground auger or 12-inch triple pole hooks, single arm hanger or double arm mounting hanger, bird house mount, squirrel slinky, universal seed tray or giant seed tray and a water dish.
