Timi Yuro was an American soul and R&B singer. She signed to Liberty when she was 18 years old and had an immediate hit with her 1st single "Hurt". She was often compared to Dinah Washington and Brenda Lee and she supported Frank Sinatra on his 1962 tour of Australia.
