OTC recommends the OTC6024 can be used with OTC6009 and OTC6020 (but it is not required).
- OTC Crankshaft Positioning Tool for use on 1993 and newer Ford 4.2L V6; 4.6L 2 valve and 4.6L 4-valve V8, 5.4L V8, and 6.8L V10 engines - same as Ford No. 303-448
- Handy tool prevents accidental movement of the crankshaft when doing camshaft or timing chain service or installation on these 'interference' engines
- Preventing timing misalignment on these 'interference' design Ford engines is critical as valves will contact pistons if timing chain is installed in an incorrect position, resulting in severe damage
