This is the Estes Porta Pad E, E Rocket Launch Pad. Designed to provide quick and easy assembly, the Porta Pad E launch pad includes a 1/4" (6mm) launch rod, but can also accommodate a 3/16" (5mm) Maxi launch rod (not included).
