The San Jamar KT0215 Kool-Tek Nomex conventional temperature protection oven mitt is a 15" long, conventional style, machine washable, ambidextrous oven mitt to protect hand and wrist from heat up to 450 degrees F. This mitt meets NSF International (NSF) Protocol P149 for oven mitts used in commercial food service with Class II designation for intermittent flame protection. It has a red Nomex fabric layer for heat and flame resistance, and yellow Kevlar fabric edges for cut, abrasion, and heat resistance.
