How to switch between ℃ and ℉:
1.Make sure the thermometer is turned off. If the display is not dark, leave buttons untouched for 15 seconds.
2.Press the "MEM" button for 6 seconds then release. Either C or F will appear in the lower right corner of the display. Quickly press the MEM button again and it will switch to the other.
