The guide includes the popular river segments of Colorado Canyon and Santa Elena Canyon. The guidebook provides information for the river access, as well as permit requirements and river regulations for the entities through which the river runs, including the Big Bend Ranch State Park, the Big Bend National Park and the Rio Grande Wild and Scenic River.
