This Leadership Training series will positively effect the current condition of church leadership and better prepare them to equip the saints. This we do in accordance with Ephesians 4:12, where the apostle Paul explains the role of Christian leaders. This role he explains to be "the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." We plan to accomplish our mission through a well rounded 12 part-training course which covers several aspects leadership. The twelve classes will cover topics such as faithfulness, stewardship & evangelism and are broken down as follows: Class 1: Leadership 101 Class 2: Ministry Class 3: Faithfulness Class 4: Stewardship Class 5: Spiritual Authority Class 6: What Christians Believe Class 7: The Gifts & Callings of God Class 8: Salvation Class 9: Introduction to Evangelism Class 10: Introduction to Discipleship Class 11: The Sacraments Class 12: The Vision
