The Bords answer is nobody and everybody. The cases are presented without prejudice so you can make up your own mind. Sometimes it s easy, as with the Ray Wallace claims there are plenty of sightings before Ray Wallace was alive to make it clear he didn t start the whole thing. Other cases are a mystery.
