The first portion of the book provides a framework for a nominating committee to build a culture of leadership development, including suggestions for ministry organization. It contains an exploration of both biblical roots and contemporary research for training leaders. The second part of the book has one-page job descriptions for positions suggested in the Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church.
